Disclosure

Client upon booking agrees that artist may take photos, videos for promotional and advertising materials that will be shared on all social media platforms for business purposes.
Smoking is not permitted during the time of service.
No additional guests are allowed present if traveling to me.
Dogs and cats cannot be present around the Makeup Artist work area during the time of service.
PLEASE have a clean, makeup free face. Moisturized face upon appointment so we are all set of schedule.
Allow 15 minutes to set up light and makeup work space.

Refund Policy

Deposits are non refundable and nontransferable in case of cancellations or rescheduling of appointments
Deposit and remaining balance must be paid in full the day prior to wedding day.
One Payment method is required for entire bridal party
Late Fee of 25$ for every 30 minutes delay if a client is late from scheduled (allotted time ) due to client delays.
If there is a charge for valet , that will be billed to Bridal Payee
65$ Rescheduling fee for all appointments (outside of bridal) if notified a week prior to initial appointment.

Release of liability

All brushes,tools and makeup products are clean and disinfected prior and in between makeup applications. Makeup products used are hypoallergenic. Any allergies or skin conditions should be reported by the client to the Makeup Artist prior to appointment. If need be , a sample test of the makeup may be performed on the skin to test the reaction.

Client agrees to release the Makeup Artist (Makeup By Faye) from liability from any skin complications due to allergic reaction.
